HOW TO USE IT

A great all rounder to use on everything and anything ~ adds mellow kick with a hint of umami. Use as a rub, seasoning, as you would chilli flakes or salt.

HOT TIPS

For mouthwatering jalapeno barbecued corn ~ sprinkle it over corn on the cob with lashings of butter when it’s just come off the barbecue.
