Hot, tropical and funky fresh. Fruity Caribbean golden and red scotch bonnets on a one month ferment brimming with zing and tingle. A coarse-style red chilli salt in a league of its own!

HOW TO USE IT

A great all-rounder to use on anything and everything ~ adds instant heat, and tropical chilli flavour. Use as a rub, seasoning, and just as you would chilli flakes or regular salt.

HOT TIPS

For epic crispy chilli prawns ~ add a good tsp (or to taste) to panko crumbs, dip your green prawns in whisked egg and then in the panko. Shallow fry in coconut oil until golden.

Our hot salts are an addictive tingly blend of organically grown produce from local regenerative farms in northern New South Wales & pink Murray River salt flakes.
