Wild rosella is giving TANG. In this blend it’s almost a luxurious sumac with notes of rhubarb, raspberry, citrus and plum. Red jalapeño brings the chilli tickle. Every pinch adds a mellow kick full of potent antioxidants to your dish!

HOW TO USE IT

A great all rounder to use on everything and anything ~ adds mellow kick with sweet citrusy notes and beautiful crimson colour. Particularly great in middle eastern cuisine. Use as a rub, seasoning, as you would chilli flakes or salt.

HOT TIPS

For a lip licking bloody mary rim lightly rub a lime or lemon flesh-side down over your glass rim, put a little Wild Rosella Hot Salt on a plate and rotate your glass rim in it to coat.
