Crack Fox Hot Sauce is built on the simple joy of food. The philosophy of clean eating - but make it fun!
We draw on age-old cooking techniques to present an all natural organic hot sauce and condiment range encouraging the sharing of good grub with great people and connection back to the land.
From chilli seed to bottle, we've worked to minimise the impact on our planet with mindful packaging and by sourcing pure, local ingredients farmed with sustainability and land regeneration in mind.
We are about celebrating native and local ingredients, gluts and seasonality, and supporting our small scale organic growers + bee keepers because this is the produce we believe in and are inspired by.
The feel good sauce
We don’t use produce grown with pesticides.
We don’t use faux additives, preservatives, gums or thickeners.
We preserve with apple cider vinegar with the mother, certified organic/ spray free citrus and Murray River salt. We thicken with cooking time and natural pectins only.
We sweeten with help from the bees, not sugar from factories.

Dreamed up in the bush, perfected under the open sky, and started with 0 capital - plenty has changed since but not the wild joy in each drop.

We are driven by eating with the seasons, celebrating the gluts of produce from backyards and farms within our local community that would otherwise go to waste.

Our chilli plot
We grow most of our own chillies at the Crack Fox permie plot in Byron Bay, in the sun, a few kilometres back from the beach.
